EVOLVE PROGRAM

Evolve Programme is a monthly service (no fix term). By Month 3 you should see transformational results.

For women who want to lose 5-15kg and/or build lean muscle mass for an athletic physique.

Build confidence in yourself and in the gym. Finally see the muscles you've worked so hard for and feel energized.

I don't want you cutting out the foods you enjoy or spending hours exercising.

I'm also not one of those coaches who gives you macros and leaves you to it.

What my years of coaching has taught me is everyone is very different, our routine, mindset, time available, type of exercise we enjoy. I tailor to what will work best for YOU. See other clients results below:

What happens:  

  • Once signed up, we have a call together to set achievable goals for the first 8 weeks.

  • We set a game plan with nutrition and training.

  • Each week we track your progress and make tweaks to the game plan when they are needed to make sure you stay on track to achieving your goals. 

  • We keep in touch over Whatsapp so you never second guess what you're doing.

Nutrition programs- Fully accommodating to all types of diets. Flexible nutrition meal plan made specifically for you. If you struggle with dieting this is a game changer and is something you will have forever!

Exercise plan- Based on your goals, the time you have available, preference and ability. If you are unsure on how to train or struggle with time. This will really benefit you.

Goal setting- Initial call together going through your goals and setting a game plan for the first 8 weeks. After 8 weeks we still review things and set goals and time frames.

Weekly check-ins- To keep you accountable and track your progress. I'll make any changes needed to the plan.
