Cable Flyes

Set the pulleys on both side evenly just above shoulder height. Use neutral grip and step forward. Start with a slight bend in your elbows and elbows aligned with your torso. Then straighten your arms out in front of you and together, squeeze your chest then slowly bring back to the position you first started with. Ensure not to let your elbows go too far past your torso otherwise you can damage your rotator cuffs.
